You’re probably wondering what the logo has to do with supporting your health care. The answer is… Nothing! It has nothing to do with it!

Back before the Earth’s crust cooled, in other words back in the late 20th Century, I got my degree. In Astrophysics. Really.

My favorite constellation is Delphinus, the Dolphin.
To see it yourself, go out on a summer night (in the Northern Hemisphere) and look up. You’ll see three bright stars across the band of the Milky Way. These three are nicknamed the Summer Triangle and are Altair, Deneb and Vega. If you look just to the Southwest of the long side of the triangle, you’ll spot a small cluster of stars that looks like a kite. That’s Delphinus, metaphorically splashing in the water of the Milky Way.

(Get a star chart. Or go to your phone’s app store. There are free star chart apps you can take outside with you to identify what you’re looking at. It’s fun!)
No comparisons needed
When you ask people their favorite constellation, they say things like Orion or the Big Dipper. They are bright and easy to spot in the colder months, when it’s dark earlier and we notice night more. But Delphinus is different.

Delphinus is itself. It’s small, happy, and complete even while it celebrates the glory of the millions of stars in the Milky Way.
Let’s celebrate our uniqueness by embracing exactly who we are and where we are.
